Returns
Tartan Flowers . offers a 100% no quibble guarantee if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase we will give you an exchange or full refund provided that you return the purchase to us unused, unworn, with all labels intact and in its original packaging within 28 days. During the Christmas present buying season, October to January, the returns period is extended to 42 days. This allows for unwanted gifts or wrong sized items to be sorted out.

For your protection we recommend you get a certificate of posting or other proof of postage. This will enable us to process your refund or replacement should the item become lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Without proof of posting returns can only be processed on receipt of the item by Tartan Flowers .
